I just had an epiphany.

Women who want to flirt with women should wear the lesbian/bi/pan flag when they do so. That way it's less likely to be waved off as just being friendly. Straight women would shrug it off, but a gay who's looking absolutely wouldn't.

august 1-2

Hello! Here’s another sneak peek of my Notion school page! My courses for my senior year have finally come out an I got all of my first choices! I’m also very proud of my Notion page now bc the aesthetic is just *chef’s kiss*

Also I really want to list them out bc why not, so my courses for this semester are:

AP Calculus AB

Game Design and Simulation

Physics Core: Mechanics

Classical Myth: Epic and Tragedy

Financial Planning

Mentorship: Senior Mentorship I (which is basically a mentor/research program)

All of these are college level courses (except Physics, which is accelerated honors, and Financial Planning, which is just a student life course). So yeah, I have a lot of work cut out for me, but I took even more courses in my junior year so I should be fine now tbh.

And basically I go to a selective (the application was so hard T-T) public residential high school (although its only for 11th to 12th graders) that offers a lot of advanced courses, if you were wondering why I was taking so much college-level stuff. And yeah its pretty prestigious and all that shit bc the average SAT score of students there was like 1430 or smth, although I somehow managed to get in with a 1330 *-* but yeah I love ranting about my school, I could talk about it all day if someone asked ヽ(*ﾟｰﾟ*)ﾉ

1st August - What do you do when you go to the beach?

Lol the last time I went to the beach was when I was in ninth grade and it was part of a school trip so... idk really

2nd August - What do you like most about the beach?

To be completely honest, I just like walking on huge sand dunes barefoot and putting sand in my brother’s swimming trunks

May I ask: what does it feels like to raise a child with all this mess is going on?

It’s scary and depressing and terrifying af, which is one more thing I hate the 1% for. Tbh the only thing I’m trying to believe now is that often you have a generational thing, you know? One generation’s life is pretty shitty, the next one’s is sort of okay. So I’m hoping that all the shit I’m enduring right now will be a lot better by the time my child is old enough to have to worry about it. Because everything that’s going on is not sustainable, and I think they’ll have to find some kind of solution within 10 to 15 years.

But the thing is, ultimately, we don’t know what the future will bring. We can’t be sure things are going to get worse. And when you really want to be a parent, having a child is the most wonderful experience, the only real thing that will matter in your entire life. I never expected this to be so true, but it is. So I think that if you want to have children, and you feel ready and you’re with the right person, you should not wait just because things are messy and ugly. There will always be mess and ugliness in the world, and creating good people is one way to make it better.
