Do you get paid ?

Yes, but not in a typical sense, Titles get a stipend to live off of as compensation for the work the do for the government (and essentially to cover time during which they could have been working a normal job) but otherwise Jobs are common ways to get paid. Many of those with titles also have regular jobs as the stipend isn’t enough to cover expenses.
