Emma's birthday, if it is Oct 23rd, is 264 days (or 263 if it's the 22nd)
Generally, a pregnancy lasts 266-270 days
Emma is canonically born early, which is why Snow doesn't go through the wardrobe, but she's not premature, so it could have only been a day or two early
Emma very much could have been conceived on Regina's birthday.
Which then makes me think... we have no idea when Emma was conceived in relation to the day Snow and Charming get married, but like... assuming they consummated the marriage on their wedding night, they could have conceieved Emma that night... like, imagine if those assholes got married on Regina's birthday?!
Like, I don't think anything in canon would refute this, so I'm going with it... they got married on Regina's birthday as a giant "fuck you" to her, and conceived Emma that night.
It seems like something Snow would do, tbh
