I personally think Raph is gonna try to infiltrate the war meetings or he's gonna grab Donnie in public but everyone is going to make him out to be the crazy abductor taking Galois away from his father and he may end up in jail.

Like when dads are accused of kidnapping their own kids. Especially when they look/are a different race than their kid.

I mean, Raph was canonically racially profiled in the show, only makes sense that it happens here.
