Hey jwb! Same question continuation of how Khushi cldn't figure it out. So she basically knew Arnav wld have proposed to her on terrace when he said he wanted to talk to her. By the time Khushi reached terrace she was expecting Arnav which didn't hapnd but they were clues like everywhere. She cld atleast have contemplated taking those situations into pattern she cld easily have figured it out even not entirely shyam's manipulation but it's rite infront of her eyes!

No she didn't know, she had an inkling that he might reciprocate her love. Marriage is out of the question. In fact even the audience was shocked when Arnav took this step - then imagine a character in the show who has 1/4th the knowledge the audience has about everything.
