i emailed irl because i didn’t get mine and filled out their replacement form with proof of subscription. a couple days later got a mysterious shipping email from dhl with no warning that i thought was spam at first. realized it wasn’t and it shipped from manchester, thought everything was fine and then yes also got an email that it’s stuck in customs and i need to pay $18 import duty within 5 days to release it. emailed irl again and haven’t gotten a response yet but this was after business hours in the uk on july 21 so they still haven’t been open yet.

you can see in the screenshot you posted they're charging for a regular seat (€62) PLUS a silver ticket (€138). they're selling the "VIP ticket" as an add-on to a regular seat, instead of its own thing. which they're not supposed to be doing

idk about the other anon but i tried to get sliver for nyc and couldn't. i enter the queue at 11:59 (waiting room wasn't up for the longest time so i just assumed that they didn't have one) and it was sold out by 12:05. at least for me. refreshed and one or two reappeared but disappeared by the time i could put them in my cart

i'm sorry you couldn't get the ticket! the queues shouldn't happen before the exact sale time, maybe that's why you didn't see it 🤔 or maybe there really wasn't one, if the server is great.

all venues should have been refreshed multiple times for like 20-30 mins. people put tickets in their baskets and sit on them until the timer runs out. if there is next time, i wish you the best luck!

I get why they would have reduced the amount of gold VIP but it is disappointing. also I feel like they might have reduced the amount of silver too?? maybe not but for the two shows I tried to get silver or gold for, the silver went so fucking fast and I was pretty easily able to get them for TIT

the amount of silver vips has increased. that same Brighton: 125 in 2024 vs 225 in 2026. seems like the overall amount of vips went up in Brighton specifically (from 249 to 300). and when i was checking all shows it felt like that almost everywhere. there are shows with silver vips still available where GA around them and overall are almost sold out.

Phoenix (Mesa) has about 221 silver vips this time. Paris has a hella lot of them as well.

what shows did you try for vips?
