I have to say, I’m glad to see so many people being angry at this coronation thing. Literally no one should care when there’s so many problems with poverty and equality in the UK (and around the world tbh).

I get it too. The dude has so much money, why didn't he pay for it himself? I watched it because I somehow end up watching every wedding and funeral and it was so surreal. We live in such different times now. It was weird - and with what's going on in the world, but especially in the UK, this whole thing just seemed insane.

Ok here’s some OC bullshit that’s really only interesting to me:

I’ve been thinking about Arya’s kids and the whole empress thing, and I decided that it doesn’t make sense for her to keep her Breton name publicly but give her children Dovahzul names. So I’m retconning the kids’ names:

Child #1 is now Celeste

#2 is Rosette

#3 is Mathieu

They get Dovahzul names bestowed on them by their parents when they reach adulthood, befitting their personalities, more like the way dragon priests were named.

And while Arya would keep her birth name for personal interactions, her official name as empress is Hinddrun - hope bringer.

I like the sound of Emperor Miraak and Empress Hinddrun. (◡‿◡✿)
