fun thing about how my posture has been screwed up for a long time by scoliosis is that it seems that has caused me to perpetually tilt my head slightly to one side. so correcting my back posture somewhat seems to be un-tilting my head. fun thing about *that* is that it seems as if having ur sense of up/down &/or level slightly tilted for who knows how long is that when you fix it it seems to cause a small amount of dizziness. not spinning or anything like that but just ~off~ somehow. at least that's my best guess as to what's happening, because this only happens when I do something to correct my posture & it goes away when I stop that
