Ingredients: 4 bone-in pork chops. 1 packet Italian dressing mix. 1 can 10.75 oz condensed cream of mushroom soup. 1/2 cup chicken broth. 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms. 1/4 cup chopped onions. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1 teaspoon dried oregano. 1 teaspoon dried basil. Salt and black pepper to taste. 2 tablespoons olive oil. Fresh parsley for garnish optional.
Instructions: Add salt and black pepper to the pork chops. Warm up the olive oil in a big pan over medium-high heat. Cook pork chops until they are browned on both sides.
