2. Which languages you know
Italian is the language I know the best. I am kind of able to communicate in German and Croatian too. Let’s also add English to the mix. 3.5 languages.:3
4: Does anyone in your family speak a language that you don’t?
Uhm…no. I think I’m the best speaker in the house!
7: Your favourite word in your native language.
I consider Croatian as my native language so…I don’t know, the first word that comes to my mind is the one for chicken which is “kokoš” (koh-kosh). I like it because it’s onomatopeic and it has the cool slavic “š” letter in it.
In Italian I always liked the sound of the word “effervescente” which I think is the Italian equivalent for the English word effervescent/bubbly/fizzy?
8: Your favourite word in your second language(if you know one).
It’s probably the German verb “freuen” which means “being happy and excited for a future event”. In Italian there isn’t such a verb (the closest is probably “rallegrare” but nobody uses it) and this makes the German word even more cooler!
