Today was our first day of school. It was strange driving up to the school and not having buses dropping off kids. 😭 I walked into my room to get ready for the day and I had an email from one of my girls saying she couldn’t wait to meet me today with a ton of smiley faces. ❤️ we started our day by getting to know each other and going over expectations and what not. And let me just say of the 19 kids I had out of 26 they were amazing! We had some tech issues but we just went with it. Our motto for today: “we’re having fun this is fun” which will more likely be the Moro for the year. We had some extra time before lunch so we played Disney Family Feud, it was different, but they had fun! At the end of the day I met with Samanthas kids and they were also great! This year is weird. But I’m excited for year three and to work with these amazing kids!
