(Part two here)

The soft pattering of rain had sung with the glass doors to an outside balcony, the outdoors gloomy with warning of keeping those inside, the natural falling water gradually getting more heavy as time went on. Cowpy had stared out the window in a slight daze, his face said boredom but his brain had only one thing in mind, crime. It wasn't like Cowpy couldn't control himself. The life of crime was a carefree one, all peepys were like this, but what would be the fun of doing crime if you were stuck indoors waiting for rain to come to an end? Despite Cowpy's own protest of getting his fur wet, he had gone against his mind's tellings, for the thought of crime was much too overwhelming to resist. Quickly, Cowpy had moved to a bowl that rested next to the front door, keys rested inside as Cowpy reached for them. People weren't out often during such harsh weather, and this time was perfect to commit some major crimes. As Cowpy walked to the elevator, he had jumped up to push the buttons that were just a bit too high to reach, although he managed with the bar conveniently placed on the frame of the elevator as he patiently waited for the large metal box to descend down to the bottom-most floor. Finally, the elevator had come to a stop, Cowpy poked his head out the elevator, eyeing the Dinkle that had seemingly passed out on the receptionist's desk next to an empty glass of milk. *Disgusting..* Cowpy thought to himself, his eyes tracing the floor to look at the large windows leading to the outdoors which shined with the grayest of lights, approaching the doors and exiting with no care of the harsh rain. Cowpy had taken a second to look around, listening as the water had bounced off the overhang that kept him dry as he began to walk away from the safety of the dry area, feeling the water beating down against him. He really should've gotten an umbrella, but that wasn't the problem during this moment as Cowpy had walked forward with no intentions of stopping. He wasn't sure where he wanted to go, or what he wanted to steal, but surely the idea would click with whatever item he had laid his eyes upon on the city streets he had followed. Cowpy's walking had gone on to what felt like hours(really only 5 minutes), yearning for something to steal, money, items, anything, doesn't matter how absurd it was, just something to get his hands on.
As his thoughts went on he had abruptly stopped himself, a struggling peepy on the other side of the street, fighting against the rain. Cowpy would normally ignore others when out on his crime sprees, but this peepy was...really eye catching.. a white face encased with a blue fur coat, as well as a red tail and whiskers that popped out in color, the other peepy wore a black coat against the rain, their bright colors seemed to clash with the dark color of the coat. Being lost in thought, the others angry groan seemed to catch Cowpy's attention, looking at the other for a little too long before realizing why the other was struggling. Cowpy had turned his head to look at the small clothing store before him, quickly entering and grabbing an umbrella that was near the door, sneaking it under himself and running out the doors to the other side of the street. Cowpy had ripped off the tag the umbrella had come with, opening it up for the other as he held the umbrella waiting for the other peepy to dry off their drenched coat. "Ugh, i'm all wet." The blue peepy said, aggressively shaking the water off of themselves, seemingly not caring if they had flicked water at the other. Cowpy was already drenched, so it wasn't like he cared all too much. The blue peepy sighed, being silent for a minute before speaking. "I wish I brought my umbrella. You wouldn't mind holding this for me for a minute would you?" The blue peepy asked, handing the other peepy their wallet and phone. This peepy owned a wallet? AND a phone? Those were quite the hefty things to steal, not even Cowpy was successful enough to keep items like that for too long, although Cowpy had quickly shook the water off his free paw, holding both items for the other peepy as they took their time drying themselves off, Cowpy struggling to hold the giant umbrella with the strong winds threatening to blow him away. Cowpy wasn't sure why he stayed where he was, normally being given things was the easiest way to steal, but this peepy had really caught his attention, staying put as he attentively watched the other peepy take off the coat they had wrapped over their shoulders, drying themselves with it and tossing the coat harshly at the other in a small fit of rage, snatching their items back and putting them back inside their pocket.
"I'd assume you'd like to stay here, but my ride will be here soon and I need to get going. Do walk with me." The blue peepy said, seemingly lost in thought for a moment before speaking up again, "Although I can't be seen walking with some peepy unknown, rumors would begin considering everyone knows me, famous peepy, Celebrity Blue. There isn't a peepy who has NOT heard of me." Celebrity Blue introduced themselves proudly, pausing for a moment expecting the other peepy to kneel down right then and there and kiss their shoes, turning their head to look at the other peepy as they waited for some kind of response. Cowpy had moved the so rudely tossed coat to his shoulders, looking at the other peepy unsure of what to say, although he didn't want to leave the other in just silence, mustering up a squeak in response to the others introduction in attempt to speak. "Ah. Your one of *those* peepys. Shame, really. Oh well, not like I ever wanted your name either way, waste of breath." Celebrity Blue said rather rudely, starting to walk as Cowpy followed behind them making sure the umbrella was blocking out the harshly pouring rain. There wasn't really a reason for Cowpy to be following Celebrity Blue, but a part of him told him to do so, even with the insults and lack of care, something inside him just told him to follow.
Celebrity Blue had really lived up to their name, it was only until now Cowpy had noticed the people who had begun to exit their stores and go near the window to watch the two walk, hearing small bits of gossip and shocked faces as he passed by. Celebrity Blue seemed used to this attention, but Cowpy having a criminal record to his name had only pulled the coat over himself to hide his face, not wanting to be recognized as he walked with such an attention seeking peepy. Celebrity Blue had abruptly stopped, causing Cowpy to almost bump into them as he stumbled backwards, falling back to the floor as Celebrity Blue only shot him a distasteful glare, staring back up away from the peepy now sat on the wet ground as a black limo had been pulled up beside the two. Celebrity Blue had given the other peepy one last look, considering giving the other a thank you, although did he really deserve it? "Your deed was surely appreciated. If you'd like to work for me here's my card, and maybe..come in something more...presentable." Celebrity Blue said, handing the other his business card as he opened up the car door, entering it and motioning to the driver to start moving. The limo had brushed past, splashing puddled water onto Cowpy as if he wasn't already sopping wet. Cowpy had looked down at the now drenched card, staying seated there as he quietly thought to himself about the offer. It was only then Cowpy realized he still had the others coat, getting up from the ground he had stumbled to chased the limo, watching it disappear behind a building as the amount of water he had soaked up caused him to slow down, removing the coat from himself to look at it, looking back in the direction the limo had gone off to.
