Loki-mun: Imagine what their neighbours would've thought. Homosexuality was a big thing back then and two men living together was either brothers or lovers and unless the neighbours new them well then they would be mistakenly accused of homosexuality. But imagine Steve being in 2004 and living with buck, the neighbours ask if he is dating Bucky and while Steve is having an emotional breakdown over whether they'll have kicked out or not, the neighbour goes on to say how much he misses his own husband

Me:

Bucky went before Steve. It was just a normal mission and he promised he would be back one day but something went wrong. HYDRA had the building rigged and he ended up in SHIELD's hospital. He hated the hospital but he calmed when a familiar blonde came rushing in. "I dont think i'm going to be coming back from this one." He muttered and frowned at Steve's protests. "You're such an idiot." Steve said, brushing back Bucky's brown hair. "Punk." Came the reply. "Jerk." Bucky gave a pained cough and he smiled. "I'm with you, till the end of the line." He said as his eyes fluttered closed. He died there with his hand holding Steve's.

Me:

Steve aged slower due to the serum and he had the pain of seeing everyone go before him. He was sitting in his loungechair dozing off when a familar brown haired man came into his vision with a crooked smile. "Bucky." He croaked and he nodded, reaching out his hand. "Steve, it's time to go." He said in a familiar husky voice that made Steve sigh with happiness. "It's been so long, I thought I would never see you again." He said and Bucky chuckled. "Remember, I'm with you till the end of the line pal." He reached out his hand and Steve reached for his hand. SHIELD found him the next day when he didnt answer his phone. He had died in his sleep, a rare smile on his face.

Gritting his teeth, James threw himself against his bonds once again. "I wasn't planning to, thank you very much!", to be entirely truthful, the information HYDRA could get out of him was really quite a long ways down on the list of things he worried about right in that moment.

Top priority was getting out. 

With a sigh, he sagged, as he realised that not even his arm was capable of breaking the chain, that tethered him to the wall of the cell. He needed another plan, instead of brute force. And help might come in handy. "Who are you?"

"No, frick. Ow!" she ground out, dropping to her knee's and clutching her side. "I can't... it hurts, Loki... make it stop hurting."

All Things End

It happened just as it had the first time. Her mysterious trip to Asgard ending in much the same way. A mysterious trip back. She'd remembered falling asleep on Loki's chest, waking up, falling back asleep... then the next thing she knew she was lying down in her bed back home but it was different. She'd expected it the first time but she hadn't realized the second would be her death trip.

Darcy was in pain. A lot of pain. She slowly lifted her hand and peeled back the covers, the sound of skin coming undone chilling her to the bone. Her entire body was torn to shreds, blood sticking her skin to the blankets like an old band-aid. She shuddered in pain as she dropped the blankets over her, pain overcoming her in waves. And then another strip of her skin was melted away, dissolved like wet tissue paper right before her eyes.

The rip from Midgard to Asgard didn't kill her. It would be the trip from Asgard back home that did. She tried to breathe in but he pain was too much so she held it. Tried to remain perfectly still. The only thing she could think to do was pray. Pray to Loki. She thought of him, her mind reaching out in ways only prayers could, wishing for him to find her. For help to come. "Loki..." she groaned out in pain for a person she'd met not two days prior in person for the first time.
