A barely feature-length Wikipedia article (featuring hard-hitting doozies such as "DID YOU KNOW PEOPLE PRONOUNCE 'TSO' DIFFERENT WAYS??") that uses interviews from completely random laypeople talking about how much they, like, really enjoy eating Chinese food.
Perhaps when the Criterion Edition is released it will feature even more complete strangers telling us "No seriously, I really enjoy cashew chicken- also did you know most Chinese restaurants are open on Christmas?"
