My personal headcanon for Somewhere Else is that Martin has a couple scars from the rubble of the collapsing Panipticon, and maybe a few early worry lines from the stress of everything. I don't personally headcanon the Lonely giving him anime boy white hair, but I am a little fond of his hair/eyes being a subtly duller, less vibrant version of whatever color they were.

That said, I also have some fondness for the idea of Martin without any scars or visible marks from the Lonely, who loses the bags under his eyes after a couple months of better rest, and who puts on a polite smile as his default expression when he's talking to people. Especially next to Jon, who's visibly scarred and looks prematurely aged, and who's usually weird and blunt at first impression.

There's something that appeals to me in thinking about the different annoyances and indignities they deal with - Jon as someone who's been through hell and looks like it, Martin as someone who's been through hell and doesn't look like it at all.
