i think the problem with female superhero movies is that the actresses are fairly toned or skinny toned. (not their fault ofc) eg when u watch superman, ken clark could probably deck a man and it’s plausible whilst a 120 lb woman goes against 210? im not saying it’s not unrealistic bc i’m sure it has happened but a lot of directors or creative types direct them to “be hotter but not super hot so it doesn’t feel like we’re objectifying woman but making it unrealistic to think she can beat someone up”. i’ve never seen a buffer, toned super hero woman unless it’s a gag for “bigger woman” which is gross but being that buff is realistic and i know it’s “fantasy’ but come on. it’s 2020 let’s add diversity in woman sizes please
