What is your type? As in taste in women.
At the risk of sounding superficial, I'll do my best ahaha;;
Garnet likes laid-back girls! As in, he feels stifled by people with expectations of him, and he likes hearing people laugh (girls included). He's also attracted to people who he feels are lonely, as he's naturally the caring, picker-upper type. For dating though I think the first type of person he'd go for is the ones with a lot of self confidence (not always on the outside), as they're easy for him to be around without feeling like he has to please them.
Weiss pretty much thinks the paragon of what girls should strive for is his sister. (To be fair, though, she's pretty sweet to him and anyone who pisses her off gets verbally ripped apart and then stepped on so a+ girl around him she doesn't take shit from anyone) He also likes Blake quite a bit, due to her reserved and bookish+sassy persona. To put it bluntly, he likes girls that are like roses- they look beautiful, but if you mishandle them they'll kick your ass.
Noire.. doesn't really have taste, since he's not particularly interested in that sort of thing. If I had to say something, it'd be girls that go after what they want. He's a bit like Sorrel where he lets things wash over him but only does what he wants to, and he has really strong beliefs. He hates sheep and ignorant people, so the opposite would be girls that have very strong beliefs and that 'are their own person'. They don't have to be physically or verbally strong, but they have to have independent thought. You could be the most passive, quiet girl in the world and he'd like you as long as you had fierce eyes. It's a bit different from Weiss who likes physical showing of it.
Yin likes fun girls! He likes girls that can make him laugh and that'll laugh at his jokes too. He also likes girls that aren't too serious, as he gets nervous around them- he doesn't mind being bossed around, either. To be honest though even though Garnet's the one that gets along with everyone he has a pretty good sense of what he likes and what he doesn't- he's just good at putting up with it. Yin, on the other hand; while not everyone likes him, he likes everyone and does his best to have fun with them so type isn't really an issue here.

tl;dr 2: to be fair I made the brothers to compliment their sisters rather than be just boy versions of themselves so I guess it'd make sense for them to like girls that would 'complete' them idk lol rolls around its just coincidence that the sisters fit ok
