Not really a fandom, but Lawrence of Arabia from the 1962 film.
6. Top five reasons for liking said character best?
He's different. His Shakespearian speech, his manner, his theatricity don't really have equivalents from what I've seen.
As an extension, he sees the world differently than either his British superiors or Arab allies. Whereas the former wants to take the world into its empire and the latter want it to remain divided by tribes, Lawrence works in service of what he only ever calls 'other things'.
His greatest strength is also his weakness; he's willing to do what other men think is written by God as impossible, but this hubris leads to his fall from grace. He seems to beat fate for a while, but it comes back around and gives him his just desserts
He's ultimately mysterious; we see the most introspective moments of his life from the point of view of an outsider.

8. First fanfic you ever wrote? What was it called and what was it about?
It took place 20 years after LoK and concerned the next major war in the AtLA world.

I joined tumblr to track Borra stuff, and decided RPing would be a good way to rack up a good readerbase for fanfic writing
