My Take: Let me just say that Tosi, the Spirit of Baking, is amazing and her interactions with Asami and Korra crack me up! This author’s sense of humor is evident wen you look at all their works, so it’s no surprise that it’s displayed so prominently here. I love getting a look at domestic Korrasami, so I’ve really enjoyed this series so far. The 4-chapter part 3 (Operation Double Date) of this series then adds in some action and suspense along with all the humorous undertones. But seriously, I’m not kidding when I say that Tosi alone is a good enough reason to read this series and that doesn’t even take the rest of it into account. ItsaVikingthing also has another ongoing series (Elements in Balance) that’s parts take place throughout the 4 books, if you’re looking for more cannon compliant fics. For an AU, look no further that the currently ongoing fic, “The Blue Spirit” which I am currently in love with.
