Gar wasn't a fan of being poked and prodded by science people. He'd dealt with it before, and he'd explained time and time again that his abilities weren't genetic, his parents had injected him with something and that was why he was green, yadda yadda yadda. He typically ignored all research requests, but one had finally come in that caught his eye. Hank McCoy, a guy who was apparently also known as Beast. So, out of sheer curiosity, Gar went. He strolled into the lab with his hands in his pockets and looked around, whistling. This place was high techy-tech. Vic would've been jealous. Gar's eyes finally landed on the scientist himself, and he grinned. "Holy shit. You really are blue. That's so cool."

Steve was normally a very good cook. Since he had been forced to learn as such a young age, he was somewhat of a natural. But, even villains didn’t take off for the holidays. If anything, there seemed to be even more of them around. So, he’s unaware that he ends up falling asleep on the couch, and doesn’t even stir until someone is coming through his door, and the stove is on fire.
