Hey, you mentioned you are reading stuff from data scientist about tumblr/twitter. Do you have any links? Thanks in advance.
This is a person who was following the trend. They been trying to calculate it on a personal level. They were stumped.
I’m looking for professional data report and I asked around, because Twitter put up a chart, but not Tumblr. But so far, nothing was published.
Basically… I’m waiting around, trying to analyze the data myself. I can’t do it.
This may take days or weeks to measure before I will finally get my hands on a professional opinion.
Basically… all I can say is… as far as Tumblr/Twitter…
… it’s possible we broken records that they will have to develop new tools to use to measure metrics.
Personally, I’m ecstatic and confused. Ecstatic because I’m a web developer. Confused because… for the first time in my life, I’m my own case study. One for anti-blackness in society and another for the movement possibly made Tumblr more mainstream than Twitter and maybe Facebook.
And as much as people can say I’m “bragging”… it’s not.
The impact couldn’t be measured because the tools are not around and are currently being developed.
