It seems as though Scarecrow just wouldn’t leave her alone, considering he sent one of his lousy henchmen on her. How did she know it was one of his? He was wearing a gas mask. One does not wear a gas mask unless they were around dangerous chemicals.
“Get your stinking paws off me!” The assistant DA tried to fight the man off. But he was surprisingly strong. Not something she expected. Especially when he managed to knock the taser out of her hand.
“Not this time, princess.” The henchman growled, keeping Rachel from running away as he pulled out a prepared syringe. “You’ve been meddling in the boss’s affairs for too long.”
The man would have succeeded in his job had Nightwing not swoop in and save her. With the two distracted, Rachel quickly grabbed her weapon and ran off. She was smart enough to know when to get out of a situation.
