ugh, late again.
ok day, didn’t do much physical stuff but some mental cleaning up which was needed.
- went out to get some breadrolls because my bread went moldy and I’m going for groceries tomorrow
- answered two emails and commented some on social media
- thought about some stuff
- did a guided raid in Destiny (exhausting but worth it)
ok day.
- some dishes
- cooked a meal
- had fun with helping a friend go through Destiny stories
- washed a throw blanket

not a good day. very little energy, slept mostly.

a bit late but here it is:
- put a load of laundry on
- took dried laundry in (only was outside for two days instead the usual five v^__^ )
- got some food to tide me over until thursday grocery shopping
- made the bed
- answered one email and one facebook message
- took the trash out for collection
So I am trying a new self thingy. At its core it’s basically ‘try to do what you can and if you can’t don’t beat yourself up about it’. I know it sounds super basic and normal but for me it isn’t because I am basically constantly berating myself for not doing x, y or z instead of ‘lazy’ lying in bed or staring at a wall and expecting existence to end soon. Right now I plan to try and do a daily ‘what I did today in terms of cleaning & omfort’ post that may be updated two or three days a day for the next ten days.

- cooked lunch for today and tomorrow
- did one load of dishes (second is soaking and will be done in 30 minutes)
- changed bed sheets
