So far so good! Got up and made a nice hearty breakfast. I sauteed some onions, potatoes and shitake mushrooms in a skillet with a bit of coconut oil and seasonings of course and put it on top some scrambled eggs with half an avocado. Yum!
For lunch, I took the leftover potatoes and threw it in some black bean and kale soup. Also Yum! I always go to Earth Origins for my soup, they have some really great vegetarian and vegan soup options. Easy for work lunches. :)
Had a spinach and banana smoothie in between.
Later on, I had a cereal bar, which I only ate because I am taking medication (antibiotics)at the moment.
Anyway, I came home and made some food for the rest of the week because I hate feeling rushed in the mornings. lol So, I made mushroom and onion spaghetti and some chickpea salad which turned out amazing! Not gonna lie, tots ate a chickpea salad sammich.

As far as the exercise portion of the day, I did do the exercises I set for the day, but nothing more. Squats, Crunches, and Planks let’s go!
I also got some writing done today! I look forward to sharing that as well. But I’m still deciding on what to post or if I should just be random AF.
Perhaps focus posting on my “fitness” challenge first, then focus on the writing?
