University of Virginia HONOR student Martese Johnson was bloodied while being unjustifiably arrested this week.
The incident started when Johnson, 20, was denied entry to a local pub. Early reports stated that Johnson had been turned away for having a fake-ID, these reports have since been proven false.
Virginia Alcohol Beverage Control agent J. Miller initiated the arrest & states that Johnson “was very agitated and belligerent.”
Fellow UVA student Bryan Beaubrun witnessed and photographed much of the crime. Beaubrun continues to support Johnson’s innocents stating "he didn't need to be tackled. He wasn't being aggressive at all.”
The video shows Johnson barely moving during the arrest, however the ABC claims the arrest was justified despite numerous eyewitness accounts, and video evidence.
