I've been an enthusiast of American architecture since I was a child, especially #neoclassical residential architecture. I have always wanted to visit #Monticello and today I finally got the chance! Definitely can't say I was disappointed! I have toured many, many, many historic homes across the country, most of them much larger and grander then this - but Monticello was definitely one of the best.
