Rumpleteazer sat shivering in the rain. The blue flashing lights were keeping her from moving from where she was miserably perched. Her brother was across he street shifting anxiously. She wanted to get home to her family so she made a bolt for it. Only to come smashing into someone. She felt a little dazed by the impact and just blinked stupidly for a moment. She wondered if the man she smashed into would shout. Most people did.

"Hey, watch where you’re going." But, when he saw who it was, he took a step back, though his hands reached out by instinct to steady her by the shoulders. "I’m sorry… I didn’t see you… I —- hey, you okay? You don’t look okay, not that you aren’t but —- " Now he was rambling and he felt like an idiot.
