Thru all the layers and dirty clothes, I never seen them struggling or passing out

High 90s today and niggas have on heavy coats with hoods just walking while regular niggas falling out and ambulance are coming

Had me thinking about when I tried offing myself years ago, since that day I never thought about it in depth

Years had passed, and progress was made, I'm not in that dark place anymore yet there is bad days and good days.

I haven't thought about it till this morning, I don't know what is causing it. I have ideas tho
