Caught.

It was never a good thing to get caught spying. But to get caught spying by someone's ruthless demon butler? Less so.

Kent hadn't really met Alois' butler, all he knew was the lingering demon stink was making him seriously on edge. Claude had run off to tell the Earl that he'd found an intruder. Knowing full-well he was a reaper he'd threatened to off Kent himself if he tried to make an escape. Kent wasn't that worried; he did know Alois semi-well.

So he waited in the parlor. Tied tightly to a chair and hoping the young Earl would show up soon enough.

"I find it fun to go out on the town, shopping, meeting people, talking with people, the whole bit! But when I'm not doing that, I spend some time in the library. I like to think I'm pretty well-read."

"I've been betrayed by god. Everyone I have ever loved is so far away from me... There is one thin thread I've left to hang on to. There is one bit of true happiness left in my soul, and even that will soon be gone."

"It's not like they say."

"Revenge is not a dish best served cold, but best a dish shoved violently down throats at the least expected moment. Only then is it satisfying."

(( I'm not a very vengeful person. Nobody's ever really done anything so horrible to me that I've *~*~vowed revenge~*~* or anything. In my eyes, it's a bit of a waste of energy. ))

"How could I not?"

(( No. I'm not a religious person by any means. I do, however, believe in creating your own demons, and seeing people as angels. That's how I see it, anyway. My demons are inside of me. My angels, without whom I would have succumbed to the depths of corruption, impurity and depression long, long ago. They pull me out of the holes I get myself in, and for them I am thankful. Not the angels and demons you particularly asked for, no, but they're there all the same. ))

"Breakfast, of course! I simply adore crepes, waffles, pancakes,  granola, and the sort. Or maybe that's just me being a morning person."

"My darling nephew, Ciel. He's delicate and fragile, but strong-willed and stubborn. A beautiful, bright boy. He's all I have left, and I love him to pieces, to the very end."

"The Phantom of the Opera. The actress cast as Senorita was a magnificent soprano, but a bit whiny in tone, if I may."
