ITZ 2024 PIX Update Sept 19th

Well surprise...Fed cut 50 basis points, not sure if it was political or preemptive to a recession. Markets rallied IJR is a lower rate play. GLD is an insurance policy that inflation may perk up again. CRWD was Hot early this year until their issues hit the stock, but has comeback nicely. S&P500 +19.79% ytd, Nasdaq +20% ITZ sees the rally continuing and the indicies 5% higher by year end.

ITZ 2022 PIX Yearly Recap

2022 to say the least was a terrible year for the markets with the S&P500 down 19.44% & Nasdaq down 33.1%. ITZ 2022 PIX did terrible about in line with the Nasdaq putting in a -37.23% return. The biggest loser being Silvergate Capital SI as Crypto sector was hit hard. In the last 4 years ITZ PIX returns are as follows 2019 +37.72%, 2020 +62.06%, 2021 -8.83% & this year 2022 -37.23% overall an average +23%. Half of the SPX +52% & Nasdaq’s +55% in that 4 year period.
