Overall, in terms of specs, with a 2k+ budget you can defintely get a pretty high spec gaming computer. What I'd look into is:

Processor: Intel i9 OR AMD Ryzen 9

Graphics Card: RTX 4070 and above

RAM: 16-32 GB RAM

I think a lot of people reccommend ASUS, and I myself have had a good exp with it (with my last ASUS laptop lasting almost like entire decade) I think I've heard some good things about ASUS' Zephyrus series, such as this one: (Asus ROG Zephyrus M16) But the Strix series is also good (if maybe a bit pricier)

In the asus store itself, it is somewhere around 2.5k (or 2k from best buy) for the lowest end of the graphics card (RTX 4070) and up to 3.5k for the highest specs (RTX 4090)

At around the same price, You could also consider getting a Lenovo Legion Pro 7i (gen 8)

I heard it lacks a bit in battery life and it's about $200 more expensive than the ASUS one for similar specs, but if that's not a big problem for you (i.e you tend to keep your laptops plugged in), this is an option with similar specs that you can look into.

If you're struggling to pick between getting let's say, an RTX 4070, 4080, or 4090 graphic card, You can compare their performances here, and see if the increase in performance between them is worth the price or not ^^
