       as  hidden  as  mana  will  try  to  keep  it  ,    they  are  very  good  at  caring  for  sick  people  .    and  by  good  i  mean  they’re  used  to  the  whiny  and  difficult  types  of  personalities  that  surface  when  feeling  under  the  weather  !    this  is  entirely  due  to  having  to  help  care  for  the  twins    (    and  later  in  some  respects  ,    their  mother  ,    though  she  is  more  of  the  passive  type  .    not  nearly  as  disagreeable  .    )    and  worming  the  bitter  and  often  disgusting  medicine  down  their  throats  with  either  patience  or  bribery  of  favorite  foods  or  a  small  bit  of  that  overly  sugar  saturated  juice  they  so  dearly  love  to  wash  it  down  with  .    checking  temperature  hourly  ,    keeping  glasses  filled  with  water  and  cold  compresses  .    evidently  too  ,    they  are  an  intense  worrier  when  someone  they  care  for  catches  a  cold  and  will  rarely  leave  the  room  /  bedside  .    it’s  just  their  general  preference  .

       and  although  just  because  there  is  a  higher  abundance  of  patience  with  caring  for  the  ill  ,    if  one  gets  too  difficult  ,    mana  is  entirely  not  above  roughly  pinching  your  nose  shut  until  you  can’t  breathe  to  shove  that  spoonful  of  medicine  down  your  throat  .    perhaps  they’ll  even  give  you  the  extra  bitter  version  of  the  medicine  too  .    and  they  will  not  apologize  for  it  .

*rolls in with a cake* don't worry it's safe! anyway, i just wanted to stop in here and tell you happy birthday. ever since i met you you've been a wonderful friend to me. i am incredibly happy to be your friend and wish you a happy birthday like you did for me when we had only just started to get to know each other! anyway, i adore you and you have my love. so i hope your special day turns out to be very very special, and you get to eat lots of your favorite foods. ♡

Ohhh this is a good one. Yes he is persistently protective which is both good and bad I want to say? It can come off as him not seeing them as capable or that someone is in need of the protection? Or it could also come off as annoying as well. It isn’t that he doubts or anything of the sort like that. If he notices said person not appreciating that he wants to keep them safe he’ll back off for sure but he’ll always be within that person’s reach so for example:

A friend of his is off to face an enemy and they reject Romeo’s company. Said friend’s fight against the enemy did not go well, Romeo would be somewhere and would step in even if that just earns him more ire from his friend. 

Romeo lost his little brother pretty early and that haunts him really bad. To him, one of his most important roles in life, was being a big brother and his most important job (to him at least) was to keep him safe, but he didn’t so that extends to why he’s persistent as he is. Alexander meant the world to him and he was taken away from him and his parents in the most horrific way.

Possessive he is not, if anything he’s protective. Romeo doesn’t believe anybody is entitled to own anybody. As a hunter he’s pretty familiar with the idea of staking a claim on a kill, but that doesn’t carry over to anything else. His lack of possessiveness also makes him a person who’s very hard to make jealous or feel any sort of envy. He is plenty protective though and shows it in an array of ways. 

If a friend of his is uncomfortable with someone he’ll try to get them away from that source of discomfort. If someone’s making unwanted advances he tends to get in between and serve as a wall without really saying anything. If someone is threatening someone then he will be very blunt and warn them that if they act on their threat then he will take them up on that threat and they’d have to deal with him if they hope to get anywhere. 

So nope he is not possessive, but he is protective. Huge guardian vibes for sure.
