How often do they fight? About once a month but it’s closer to bickering than outright fights.
What do they do when they’re away from each other? Send each other little gifts to assure the other that they miss them.
Nicknames for each other? I mean they’re technically already referring to each other by nicknames but in terms of pet names “honey” is pretty common. Occasionally though Betty comes up with a Hulk related nickname.

What would they get each other for gifts? Bruce gets Betty flowers and other types of plants. Betty gives Bruce t-shirts with science puns on them

Who remembers things? Neither really.
Who started the relationship? Betty
What would they do if the other was hurt? Bruce looses his shit when Betty gets hurt. When Bruce is hurt Betty doesn’t quite do that but she will tell off whoever hurt Bruce strongly (if Bruce hurt himself she tells him off)
