I wore shorts in public for the first time in years the other day while hiking. I spent months trying to get back into shape without having to rely on a gym. I do 90 sit ups, 160 leg lifts, 45 squats, and I lift weights about 50 times on each arm. In the period of 2 months, I put on 25 pounds in muscle. I don't really like to post my progress because I don't want to be seen as vain and egotistical. I am proud of my progress thus far.
