S3 of Shameless US. It just had some really great developments for pretty much every character, and it was really well constructed with a balance of happy and sad, humour and drama and everything was just so on point.

Oh no no!! I wasn't trying to be mean. Sorry if it seemed that way. I'm making a post about the basics of it which might give you some insight, but generally I really recommend you look at the basics of birth charts if you want to learn more. A lot of astrology books are very complicated and written with inaccessible language so finding a good beginner's book in charts is the way in. I recommend Guide to Astrology by Julia & Derek Parker personally as it's written out in fairly simple terms.

As for casting your own chart, astro.com/atlas or cafeastrology are good places to start as drawing your own chart requires you to hunt down planetary tables and work out degrees and stuff which can be really confusing. You just need to enter your place/time/date of birth.
