I want to be surrounded by green Smell the fresh air that lingers from tree to tree I want to feel the rain, Each droplet rolling off my skin then soaking in cotton and concrete I want to be surrounded by culture, Art, and like minded people I want to create and collaborate

All I see here is artificial lights hazed over cigarette smoke and people trying to forget their past Even if it’s only for a night

As time dwindles down I won’t wonder Why I chose to stay, Regret won’t leave my lips
