Besides having beautiful ears, the African Elephant uses their ears to cool down and to also communicate, showing aggression or greeting others or maybe they are listening into others' conversations... we all know someone who ear flaps!.....😉This video is at #DSWT #Voi, one of the 3 reintegration centres for transitioning orphan elephants from the Nairobi Nursery. Simply beautiful, elephants are incredible animals.... look at the shape of their neck.... the ears are a perfect fit.....we have to protect them, we owe it to them. We cannot lose them. For the love of elephants, for the preservation of elephants, for the awareness of elephants. The good, the bad and the ugly. The beauties and beasts - the poachers, the people who hurt elephants, the people who ride elephants and treat them as a commodity and not a life. So what's missing in this video that you may be waiting to see as a surprise? ELEPHANTS? Sorry, there are no elephants or any animals for that matter in this little video. Did you know America is trying to introduce a new Bill, #HR226 , senator #donyoung thinks that it's okay for people, who hunt for sport, can bring their trophy kill back to the USA. This would overturn an Obama administration bill that was passed banning the import of Ivory into the USA. This is a very simple summary and I suggest you read more when you go and sign the petition. People always want to hurt Elephants, they want to make money, they want to show off. Killing is for cowards. Watching is for heroes. Because heroes have respect.
