Hey Little Brother by Ms. Ivy Box
Hey little brother has anyone ever told you that you are amazing? Your brown coco skin, your wide nose, your intense dark eyes, your coarse hair. You were made by God as a vessel of strength, courage, love, joy, and peace. You were made special to endure, overcome, and achieve. You are powerful beyond measure and no one can tell you different. You are so amazing, so special and so unique that you sometimes scare the world and when something or someone is afraid they say and do things that they don't mean or don't believe.
So if you ever hear that your not smart, your not strong, all you are is trouble or that you aren't going to be nothing, know that those are only words of fear and far from words of truth. Hey Little brother you are amazing. There's not one thing in this world that you didn't help build, mold, control, or succeed. You have more strength and more power in the mighty palms of your hand then the earth has trees. The force of the sea doesn't compare to the strength of your soul.
Little brother you are amazing and if you never heard that before listen to me again, you are amazing, you are amazing, hey little brother, YOU ARE AMAZING!!!!
