spice - have you ever encountered a house that you believed to be haunted?

ok so when we were little my parents really liked dragging us to explore new places, i believe this is called tourism… anyway we went to this orchard/farm place to the eastern part of this province, and there was a museum? basically one of the old farm houses and its furniture are now open to public, some history, blah blah blah. i was Terrified and begged off touring inside half way through, my dad had to sit with me outside on the gravel as i kept my gaze fixed on the corn maze instead of the old house. it was a nice house?? there’s nothing wrong with it?? the antique furniture was neat too?? but for some reason i was Convinced there was something. i couldn’t lift my eyes past waist level. we weren’t even the only ones touring. there’s just something eerie about a place that is so, so much older than you, part of a history you don’t know and will never know… (which is!! really weird!! because now i’m a total sucker for history and old places?? idk man don’t mess with kids when they say they ~feel~ things, just listen to them)

cinnamon - if you had to live in a time period different than the present, which would you choose and where?

can i go back to like, 2007 when everything was ok and the smartphones are just coming out and i actually didn’t mind listening to the radio and math was fun for me and all i worried about was being the first to grab the rubber ball when the recess bell rang so my friends can play four-square like Cool Kids do

ginger, darjeeling, chamomile tea!! ((ask meme))

Ginger (favorite color): I like a lot of dull or greyish shades of green, blue, purple and red. Darjeeling (a hobby): tea is actually one of my hobbies! I used to be really into skincare but it’s a money drain with how slowly you go through it, and my interest in tea coincided with my employment at a tea shop. oolongs are my favorite, they’re so versatile and you can resteep them many times!

Chamomile (comfort movie): Ghibli movies, particularly Spirited Away, Howl’s Moving Castle, and Ponyo. I love all Ghibli movies but those ones in particular are great for helping me calm down when I’m anxious or upset.

i forget a lot of my more recent dreams.. there was one where i was in these weird tunnel things with some friends and at one point one of them pulled out a large katana and swung it at me? i remember trying to block it with my hands and somehow it Worked, except it left weird. dark jagged voids in my hands, it was very aesthetic actually
