Red trusts you to do his checkups beside Richard, it's a matter of he's more comfortable with you both than anyone else.

He usually frequents the medical wing for weekly check ups for his visor and er lack there of eyes
if he's not running errands for Red he's in the medical wing helping you out however you need it.

Is so grateful you taught him and Pauel first aid, it's saved their asses more times than he's willing to admit
