Not so random thought: Sometimes in life, we can be so overwhelmed with the things we go through and deal with that we forget the little things and the big things in our life. These past few weeks, I've just been dealing with so much with myself, my marriage, my kids, my health, my transportation and just life in general. I was extra frustrated and aggrivated yesterday about not having a vehicle. I didn't want to uber home, catch a ride home, or even catch the bus. I sat in my pity for a moment...stewing about my situation...when my thoughts said, "Walk." Walk? Walk where? From 9th and Broad all the way down Sand Bar Ferry? Walk? I don't want to walk. But I walked. I walked bcs there was a time when I couldn't walked. I walked home bcs once upon a time, I didnt have a home to walk to. I walked bcs I sometimes I am blinded to the beauty that is around me by the chaos that's in front of me. I needed a different view point. We often hear and say the phrase, "stop and smell the roses". It's a reminder to slow down and take time to enjoy life. Well, yesterday, I did just that. #Walk #iwalked #DifferentPerspective
