day 1 of the new diet

My whole family wants to go on this whole 30 diet. We started today. I am also a vegetarian and have been for over 2 years now. On this diet it says that you cant have beans which is stupid so I'm just replacing meat with beans. I had a quinoa bowl today with beans avocado and some other really delicious stuff. The only animal products that I still eat ( not on this diet, but regularly) are cheese and honey. I normally don't eat honey straight up but it can be in granola bars or things like that. I also have cheese which I know is really bad but I'm trying to eat as little of it as I can, but not at all on this diet. Can you have quinoa on this diet I have no idea but its delicious and I'm eating it anyways.

-Side note, my friends have tried to set me up with this boy from New Hampshire but he lives over an hour away. I met him and he was really shy but I learned afterwards that my friends told him about me and ho I'm single yada yada. But he's bigger than me, he likes the same kind of music and is a hard worker from what I've heard. Who knows maybe something will happen maybe it won’t.
