Try not to focus on how much time you have left with your braces. Instead look how much time has gone by and the progress that you've made. I've only had these suckers in for 2 months and I can already see a difference! I'm super happy with the progress so far and I'm excited for the changes that will happen as I continue down this journey. I encourage you to take progress pics because when you look at yourself everyday, you'll hardly see a difference. But if you have a baseline that allows you to do a comparison, the difference is right in front of you. Just an FYI. The band color is teal during my first month and pearl for second month. Pearl is a good choice if you want something discrete. It doesn't get discolored like clear or white. I chose pearl because I didn't want a colorful mouth with the oral examinations that I had for this month. I'll probably be going with purple for my adjustment in a few days since I don't have anything important coming up. Best of luck and don't forget to smile ! =)
