I think u should make them kiss in IWCYWYF and right when they do austin comes in and freaks out and mack then freaks out and runs away then u build from there :)
I've been somewhat on that path, but the more feedback you guys give me, the easier it'll be for me to write :)
When Aly and Jordyn got back to the corner of the room, McKayla and Austin were sitting on a couch, talking.
“Austin, I need to talk to Mac,” Jordyn interrupted when there was a pause in their conversation.
“Why?” Austin replied sarcastically.
“Really?” McKayla snapped.
“It’s none of your business, Austin.” Jordyn added, grabbing McKayla’s hand, “C’mon Mac.”
“We’ll be right back, okay?” They both said.
“Whatever.” Austin mumbled.
McKayla rolled her eyes as she and Jordyn walked away.
Once they were out of earshot, McKayla spoke first.
“Oh my God, he’s driving me crazy almost...like, why is he acting really weird? This isn’t like him.” McKayla vented.
“Yeah, I noticed.”
“I just don’t understand...” McKayla frowned, “What did you want to talk to me about?”
“We’re gonna play spin the bottle, truth or dare, and/or never have I ever…we just gotta find a girl for Aly.” Jordyn explained, “Though, I’m thinking we need to get her just a little more drunk first.”
“Wait, what?” McKayla replied, flabbergasted.
“Don’t tell me you didn’t know, Mac…I mean, come on, it’s completely obvious!”
McKayla’s POV
Well duh, Jo, of course I know that! I mean seriously, how could I not?! She’s our best friend…I’ve actually known for a while now, that Aly is gay, you know…but I’m pretty sure that she doesn’t know that I know…OH MY GOD…fuck…and that must be why she all of a sudden left to go to “the bathroom” earlier! I was totally being unintentionally flirty with her…well at least I think it was unintentional…WAIT, WHAT?! I think it was unintentional? Of course it was unintentional (flirting), most certainly so…I think? Shit, now I feel kind of bad…I mean…
“Yo Mac, you still with me here?”
Uh, what were we talking about, again? Oh yeah…Aly…we were talking about getting Aly a girl. Yippee….
“Right…yeah, sure I’ll help.” I smiled, though my mind kept wandering back to that one word: unintentional?
“Thanks Mac!”
Jo seems oh so excited, so I should too then, right? I mean, finding Aly a girl is a good thing I suppose, right? The more I think about it, the more I become not so sure about this idea. All I know is that each time I think about it, I grimace a little. What. The. Hell…why is this idea even bothering me in the first place?? I really hope Jo knows what she’s getting us into…God, I don’t know about this…
I can’t help but wonder; why, all of a sudden, does Jordyn feel the need to find a girl for Aly? I thought we came here to spend the night having fun together. Great…not only do I have to worry about finding a girl for Aly, which for some reason I’m still unsure about, but I also really need to figure out what it is that’s bugging Austin so much. I’m beginning to realize that it probably wasn’t the best idea to bring him along with; I’ve practically been neglecting him all night. He isn’t really being any fun right now anyways; he’s just acting really weird, almost hostile…Argh.
Looking back between Aly and Jordyn, I feel torn, and I don’t know why; it’s absolutely killing me. Yes, I want Aly to be happy, but… Oh my God! What the fuck? I’m so confused…total mind fuck…Damn it!!! I need to figure out what’s going on. I need someone to help me decipher these conflicting feelings of mine; no, not someone, something…
Well hello, alcohol, won’t you be my friend tonight?
“So Jordyn, What’s the plan?”
Jordyn’s POV
The plan, huh? That’s a very good question. In fact, I haven’t really even given it a lot of thought.
“Well, pretty much, get Aly drunk, find a pretty girl, get pretty girl and Aly together…” I replied.
Yup, didn’t give it any thought at all…but end game is Aly getting a girl.
Since Aly was already borderline drunk, it didn’t take much to turn her into Party Raisman, happy drunk, ready for anything.
“Who waaants to playyy spin da bottle?” Aly nearly screamed.
“Wow…that did not take as long as I thought it would. How drunk d’ya suppose she is?” I whispered, “’cause before, she told me ‘I will absolutely NOT, under any circumstances, play spin the bottle.’”
“Well it looks like Party Raisman is IN da house!!!” Mac laughed.
Did she just give Aly elevator eyes? It sure as hell looked like it…eh, maybe I’m just seeing things?
“You got that right!” I smiled. “C’mon, let’s go find a hot girl for Aly. Look over there, 12 o’clock, that blonde…she keeps looking over here.”
“Perfect! Let’s go introduce ourselves.”
Whoaaa, the way Mac said that almost makes me think…naw, I’m reading too much into it. FOCUS.
McKayla and I walked over to the hot blonde, “Hey, I’m McKayla, and this is Jordyn. We were wondering if you’d like to come join us and our friend.”
“Friends, plural…” I corrected. McKayla playfully shook her head at me.
“Yeah, of course!” the blonde answered enthusiastically.
Third-Person POV
“We neeeed a bottle, guys.” Aly giggled, “Oh, and by the way, I call dibs on first spin.”
Austin handed a bottle to Aly, and then sat down, joining the circle of people.
“Ready, set, spin.”
The bottle spun around several times before it came to a stop, pointing at the person who was sitting directly across from Aly. Slowly bringing her eyes up to examine the figure in front of her, the realization hit her; she knew this individual, she knew her very well indeed. Swallowing the lump that had begun to form in her throat, Aly’s eyes continued to wander up, and up, to find an ever so enticing pair of bright green eyes that pierced deep into her soul.
“It’s just a game.” Aly tried to convince herself.
She really couldn’t help the fact that her eyes were slowly traveling downwards, towards the most kissable lips she’d ever seen. Nervously biting her lip, Aly’s eyes, once again, shifted their focus back to the bright green eyes. Wait, no, not bright, but dark, they were so very dark. Thinking back, her eyes had never been so dark, yet, surprisingly, there was this sparkle buried deep behind the darkness. Shock, maybe? No, not shock, but lust.
