Monday, Wednesday Saturday, Sunday Breakfast- water bottle 600mL or green tea Lunch- an apple or water bottle 600mL Dinner- veggies only. 5 bottles of water a day or more. Tuesday, Thursday, Friday Starve. 7 bottles a day or more. NO MEAT, JUNK FOOD, CHOCOLATE, SWEETS, SODA, ETC. Fruits and Veggies! Live off those things.
