The actual reason Nixon resigned was due to the fact that the Watergate scandal was so heavily criticized on the media Nixon knew his political career was over and resigned to avoid impeachment or worse. Not because he "cared for the country" but in fact was attempting to avoid impeachment or prison! Also for the record nothing Trump has ever done is at all equal or as scandalous as Watergate. All opinions welcome btw 😁
Also all evidence comes from history books that I have read that were not written by the government. And also from various articles and research studies I trust. I am however, very skeptical of all my sources, and am open to new opinions and research.
