I have not done a minimalist wallpaper for a character from Interviews with Monster Girls in a long time. Last time, I made a minimalist wallpaper for Sakie Satou, but I went with one of the students this time around. Particularly Hikari Takanashi, the vampire girl. I don't hate her, but I don't like her either. She's somewhere in the middle for me.

it’s midnight and i haven’t finished the series yet but here’s my opinion on the monster girl interview anime:

it’s cute as hell?? i didn’t think i’d like the characters but i do, i have legally adopted the girls. some parts of it were a little uncomfy, but only in the way that, like, some of the anime is about high schoolers figuring themselves out and like, figuring out sexuality stuff would be part of that i guess. it reminds me of myself when i was figuring all that shit out.

but in regards to sakie’s sexuality stuff, they were pretty respectful about it actually. admittedly idk a lot about anime but i was expecting a lot of, idk, sexy jokes and boobs flopping around and braced myself for that, but she actually turned out to be a cute and well handled character. really makes me think about how some characters really are expected to be there just for the sex appeal, and she was kind of the opposite of that. she just wants someone to love her, she doesn’t want to be sexy. also i’m so glad they made an adult a succubus and not one of the kids lol.

takahashi drinks his respect women juice and i appreciate that. he also drinks his “some of these girls are minors going through shit and i stg i will help them and i will NOT make them uncomfortable because they are babies” juice. and everyone loves him including me, even though he looks like this:
