Rosalie adjusted her dress upon entering the gates of Skyhold. She had finally made it. A long journey, indeed, and one her parents insistes she didn’t take alone. But Rosalie was nothing if not challenging, specially with her mother. And even with all the grim warnings of death and dangers lurking about, she made it.
She wasn’t particularly powerful in a way people would expect her to be, but she was witty. She was smart and manipulative. Deceitful, even. She had to be, after all, she was a disaster with everything else. All she wanted was for things to be nice and pretty, to sing and dance all day and read poetry before bed. Apprently, it was too much to ask. She couldn’t bear to live with her mother anymore so she decided to find her brother - now that he had bothered to stay in one place and let his family know he was alive.
Once her eyes spotted him in the yard, she smiled and rushed to meet him, walking through all of his soldiers training among themselves, and hugging him as soon as she was close enough.
“Are you sure it has been only ten years since we’ve seen each other? Brother, you look so different!”
