She met with Robert at her first day at her first ever job, as a waitress in a bar. Izzie doesn't know where she were come from, who she was belonged. She is a young woman with auburn locks.
She doesn't know, why Lily always know her "Beautiful Fire" but the two become great friends, since they first met the night after drunk Robert 'kidnapped' her & forced to go with him to the UK from the States. Izzie adores Lily, and loves how the siblings arguing. She also become great friends with everyone, she met in this new journey. Except, Sian.
