“He was never one to talk about himself. His past. I don’t think he liked living in it. But it didn’t really matter once you knew him. You didn’t need it to see he knew exactly who he was and exactly where he wanted to be.”
J’thel Tia. Machinist. Outcast. Brother to All
Did someone say High School AUs? @whitherliliesbloom‘s AUs are always so cute and I saw the High School AU idea and tbh I’m work for that slice of life stuff so WE OUT HERE. I have no idea where I’m gonna go with this but I thought it might be fun to at least brainstorm!! ;; everyone's concepts are so cute, I couldn’t resist ;; i might do something for Kinara but I need to attend to my two babs first
HCs below the cut to save your dash
“Because of you, I will always have a friend”
“I’ve said it once I’ll say it again, this won’t work”
“Just shut up and smile please.”
“Grow through what you go through”
What is life if not a gamble?
I’ve seen so many cute sets like this for the Make it Rain campaign I wanted to try at something ;; Especially bc Yura’s actually got really good luck in the Saucer
Distraction
Prompt: Panglossian
Yura is ready to go. Just let her go please.
“This isn’t going to work.” Yura’s voice carried quietly a doubtful tone as she poked her had around the corner, her eyes scanning the area for any who might overhear her hushed whispers of cynicism.
“And you wonder why no one ever accused you of being panglossian,” J’thel poked Yura’s leg from his hunched position. The pair had been held up for quite a while behind Imperial walls, analyzing and investigating patrol routes as they waited for the perfect moment to strike. Memorizing his surroundings and everything contained within them, J’thel was determined to do this right. If this was to work, he needed to know what was what, what was where, and what was happening. Nothing would escape his careful gaze. That is, as long as Yura actually let him concentrate.
